O analisador de pureza de gás SF6 adopta o sensor de condutividade térmica com alta estabilidade e alta precisão, de acordo com a diferença na condutividade térmica do gás, pode medir com precisão e rapidez o conteúdo de um gás aleatório de dois gases de mistura. É adoptada uma técnica única de compensação de temperatura de grande alcance, de modo a garantir a precisão da medição do instrumento. Pode monitorizar a pureza do gás.
