Un point final est atteint lorsque toute l'eau est consomm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu'est-ce que le titrateur coulom\u00e9trique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le titrage coulom\u00e9trique est une technique de d\u00e9termination absolue dans laquelle la masse d'une substance donn\u00e9e est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en mesurant la quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9lectrolyser cette substance\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles sont les applications du titrage coulom\u00e9trique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9action de Karl Fischer utilise un titrage coulom\u00e9trique pour d\u00e9terminer la quantit\u00e9 d'eau dans un \u00e9chantillon. Elle permet de d\u00e9terminer des concentrations d'eau de l'ordre du milligramme par litre. Elle est utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la quantit\u00e9 d'eau dans des substances telles que le beurre, le sucre, le fromage, le papier et le p\u00e9trole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9chantillons sont plac\u00e9s dans le plateau rotatif et scell\u00e9s. Une fois l'instrument mis en marche, le premier \u00e9chantillon est plac\u00e9 dans un four \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Ensuite, l'\u00e9chantillon est perc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l'eau se transforme en vapeur et soit transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un titrateur coulom\u00e9trique ou volum\u00e9trique qui d\u00e9terminera la teneur en eau de l'\u00e9chantillon. En contr\u00f4lant la temp\u00e9rature, seule l'eau s'\u00e9vapore tandis que le reste de l'\u00e9chantillon reste dans le flacon.
