La SFRA est utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9formations m\u00e9caniques, les mouvements des enroulements, les d\u00e9placements du noyau et d'autres d\u00e9fauts potentiels qui pourraient affecter les performances et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des transformateurs de puissance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment fonctionne le SFRA :<\/strong><br>La SFRA teste la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9lectrique d'un transformateur (ou d'un \u00e9quipement similaire) sur une large gamme de fr\u00e9quences. L'id\u00e9e est d'appliquer un petit signal d'excitation et de mesurer l'imp\u00e9dance ou la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence qui en r\u00e9sulte. Le test est effectu\u00e9 en balayant une gamme de fr\u00e9quences, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 10 Hz \u00e0 plusieurs MHz, en fonction de l'\u00e9quipement et des sp\u00e9cifications du fabricant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipement d'essai envoie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un petit signal \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 travers les enroulements et mesure la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence en diff\u00e9rents points. En cas de d\u00e9faut m\u00e9canique ou de mouvement des enroulements, les caract\u00e9ristiques d'imp\u00e9dance \u00e0 certaines fr\u00e9quences changent, ce qui permet de diagnostiquer le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce que le SFRA d\u00e9tecte :<\/strong><br>La SFRA peut aider \u00e0 identifier plusieurs types de probl\u00e8mes dans un transformateur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. D\u00e9formation m\u00e9canique des enroulements : Toute d\u00e9formation des enroulements du transformateur, telle qu'un d\u00e9placement ou un d\u00e9calage, peut affecter la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence. Ces probl\u00e8mes sont souvent dus \u00e0 des chocs physiques, \u00e0 des surcharges ou \u00e0 des d\u00e9fauts internes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mouvement ou d\u00e9placement du noyau : Le d\u00e9placement ou le rel\u00e2chement de l'\u00e2me peut modifier les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s inductives et donc la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. D\u00e9fauts dans les changeurs de prises ou les bagues : Le SFRA peut d\u00e9tecter des probl\u00e8mes dans les changeurs de prises ou les bagues en analysant la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence en des points sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Court-circuit ou probl\u00e8me de mise \u00e0 la terre : Une modification de la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence peut \u00e9galement indiquer des courts-circuits ou des probl\u00e8mes de mise \u00e0 la terre, qui peuvent entra\u00eener un comportement anormal du transformateur dans des conditions de charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. D\u00e9fauts d'enroulement (par exemple, tour \u00e0 tour ou entre enroulements) : La SFRA peut \u00e9galement aider \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts internes de l'enroulement, tels que les courts-circuits tour \u00e0 tour ou d'autres types de d\u00e9formation de l'enroulement qui pourraient ne pas \u00eatre visibles par d'autres m\u00e9thodes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avantages du SFRA :<\/strong><br>1.
