Es el m\u00e9todo de referencia para la determinaci\u00f3n del agua por su especificidad, precisi\u00f3n y rapidez de medici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La valoraci\u00f3n Karl Fischer (KF) es una t\u00e9cnica para determinar el contenido de humedad. Es un proceso basado en la reacci\u00f3n del yodo con el agua. El m\u00e9todo KF es una de las pocas t\u00e9cnicas que miden el contenido de agua y no se ven afectadas por otros vol\u00e1tiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; El principio de la valoraci\u00f3n de Karl Fischer se basa en la reacci\u00f3n de oxidaci\u00f3n entre el yodo y el di\u00f3xido de azufre. Puede determinar concentraciones de agua del orden de miligramos por litro. Se utiliza para determinar la cantidad de agua en sustancias como la mantequilla, el az\u00facar, el queso, el papel y el petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las muestras se colocan en la bandeja giratoria y se sellan. Una vez que el instrumento se pone en marcha, la primera muestra se traslada a un horno de temperatura controlada.
