Sie ist die Referenzmethode f\u00fcr die Wasserbestimmung aufgrund ihrer Spezifit\u00e4t, Genauigkeit und Schnelligkeit der Messung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Karl-Fischer-Titration (KF) ist ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts. Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren, das auf der Reaktion von Jod mit Wasser beruht. Die KF-Methode ist eine der wenigen Techniken, mit der der Wassergehalt gemessen werden kann und die nicht durch andere fl\u00fcchtige Stoffe beeinflusst wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; Das Prinzip der Karl-Fischer-Titration beruht auf der Oxidationsreaktion zwischen Iod und Schwefeldioxid. Wasser reagiert mit Iod und Schwefeldioxid unter Bildung von Schwefeltrioxid und Iodwasserstoff. Ein Endpunkt ist erreicht, wenn das gesamte Wasser verbraucht ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ist ein coulometrischer Titrator?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die coulometrische Titration ist ein absolutes Bestimmungsverfahren, bei dem die Masse einer bestimmten Substanz durch Messung der Strommenge bestimmt wird, die zur Elektrolyse dieser Substanz erforderlich ist\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Welche Anwendungen gibt es bei der coulometrischen Titration?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Karl-Fischer-Reaktion verwendet eine coulometrische Titration zur Bestimmung der Wassermenge in einer Probe. Sie kann Wasserkonzentrationen in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung von Milligramm pro Liter bestimmen. Sie wird verwendet, um die Wassermenge in Substanzen wie Butter, Zucker, K\u00e4se, Papier und Erd\u00f6l zu bestimmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie funktioniert es?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Proben werden in die rotierende Schale gelegt und versiegelt. Sobald das Ger\u00e4t anl\u00e4uft, wird die erste Probe in einen temperaturgesteuerten Ofen gebracht. Dann wird die Probe durchstochen, so dass das in Dampf umgewandelte Wasser entweder in einen coulometrischen oder einen volumetrischen Titrator geleitet wird, der den Wassergehalt der Probe bestimmt. Durch Steuerung der Temperatur verdampft nur das Wasser, w\u00e4hrend die restliche Probe in der Probenflasche verbleibt.
