SFRA wird eingesetzt, um mechanische Verformungen, Wicklungsbewegungen, Kernverschiebungen und andere potenzielle Fehler zu erkennen, die die Leistung und Sicherheit von Leistungstransformatoren beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie SFRA funktioniert:<\/strong><br>SFRA pr\u00fcft die elektrische Reaktion eines Transformators (oder eines \u00e4hnlichen Ger\u00e4ts) \u00fcber einen breiten Frequenzbereich. Dabei wird ein kleines Anregungssignal angelegt und die daraus resultierende Impedanz oder der Frequenzgang gemessen. Die Pr\u00fcfung erfolgt durch Durchlaufen eines Frequenzbereichs, der je nach Ger\u00e4t und Herstellerspezifikationen typischerweise von 10 Hz bis zu mehreren MHz reicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4t sendet in der Regel ein kleines elektrisches Signal durch die Wicklungen und misst den Frequenzgang an verschiedenen Stellen. Wenn ein mechanischer Fehler oder eine Wicklungsbewegung vorliegt, \u00e4ndert sich die Impedanzcharakteristik bei bestimmten Frequenzen, so dass Sie das Problem diagnostizieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was SFRA aufdeckt:<\/strong><br>SFRA kann helfen, verschiedene Arten von Problemen in einem Transformator zu identifizieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Mechanische Verformung der Wicklungen: Jegliche Verzerrung der Transformatorwicklungen, wie z. B. Verschiebung oder Verlagerung, kann den Frequenzgang beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Fehler in Stufenschaltern oder Buchsen: SFRA kann Probleme in Stufenschaltern oder Buchsen erkennen, indem es den Frequenzgang an bestimmten Punkten analysiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Kurzschl\u00fcsse oder Erdungsprobleme: Eine \u00c4nderung des Frequenzgangs kann auch auf einen Kurzschluss oder ein Erdungsproblem hinweisen, was dazu f\u00fchren kann, dass sich der Transformator unter Lastbedingungen abnormal verh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Wicklungsfehler (z. B. Windungsschluss oder Inter-Winding): SFRA kann auch dazu beitragen, interne Wicklungsfehler zu erkennen, z. B.
